How Long Will You Love Me?
Whether it's a question from a child to a parent or an adult to their significant other, that question probably gets asked more than you think...even if it just stays in your head and you are the only one who hears it. Patti Brassard Jefferson's creative first book starts with the question and each page gives a warm, rhythmic reassurance --- "I promise I will love you 'til..." Along the way to the definitive answer, you will see shopping frogs, tanning dolphins and blues-playing bunnies. The sun drives a fancy car, an octopus writes love letters and baseballs grow on trees! (All of these silly characters are also hiding a heart for you to find on each page.) So just how long will I love you? The answer is perfectly clear in this book!

So how often is it you pick up a book that lets you forget for a short time your an adult? I've read it three times now and it's still that same sweet feeling of escape. What a great book to share with that certain someone in your life! it says it all in that non scary way to let him now how you feel. Go on; give him or her a copy. You'll be back here writing another review of thanks. Invite Patty to the wedding. Or better yet have her write your vows!

This is by far the cutest book I have ever read. I read it for the first time and I fell in love with it. So did my 31 year old son as I read it to my first grandchild. It is a great book for people of all ages. I love the hidden messages and the art work is great. We all ask ourselves this question and the author poured her heart and soul into it, and much thought. Gives a child a different perspective on life. Great illustrations PBJ.

This is an awesome book for children of all ages. Each page will make you smile. The great colorful illustrations will appeal to adults as well as children. Children can have fun finding the hearts through out the book. I highly recommend this book and hope to see more.

I love reading this book to my 2 children. My 6 year old loves it, he especially enjoys finding the hearts over and over again! It is short enough for my 2 year old to sit through and she likes the bright pictures. I love it because of the humor, some of it which is more subtle.

Knowing Patti for over a decade, it is no surprise that she has published a book for children. Her artwork only has always been fun and exciting. How Long Will You Love Me brings out some of Patti's most creative work that also shares a wonderful story that we will enjoy ready to our two kids for years to come. My only question would be when is the next book being coming out.

I absolutely love this book! It's smart; witty and a great alternative to so many children's books that are simply a retelling of basic morals or elementary learning concepts. I can't wait to see more from this author. PBJ's work shows an off-beat creative point of view and what better gift can we give to our children than an appreciation of our own imaginations?

I knew Patti as a child in the late 60's and was so proud to read her first children's book. I have enjoyed reading this to my grandkids. Great read for adults and kids. Aren't we all just kids at heart? Congrats to Patti and am looking forward to more of her books and illustrations. They were the best.

I love the colorful illustrations in this children's book but I most of all love the message. This is the perfect book to read routinely to your child to help them realize that you'll love them forever no matter what they do; who they are; or who they become.
Stu's Big Party
Meet large and lovable Stu Potamus! He’s throwing a party and everyone is invited. Before the night is over, he’ll learn that you can’t judge your friends by how they look on the outside - it’s what’s inside that counts!

We purchased How long will you love me and instantly fell in love with Patti and her style of writing. When we heard Stu was to be released, we couldn't wait to order our copy. Stu arrived to us last week! My daughter Addison is 4 and she can't get enough of Stu, she has read her new book everyday since we got it. We highly recommend any book written by PBJ!!

Love this book! The story is so attuned to young children and teaches that no matter what we look like on the outside, we are all still the same on the inside. I am anxiously awaiting Ms. Jefferson's next book to add to my collection.

Another great children's book by the author og How Long Will You Love Me. Stu's Big Party teaches a valuable lesson in regards to how we view our friends. As always the illustrations are excellent. My great granddaughters were so excited to get the book that they read it twice before they even took their coats off. They are taking the Stu's Big Party to school so their teacher can read it to the class.
