AUTHOR: Bridget Adams Smith
Bridget Adams Smith is a lifelong resident of deep South Louisiana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She is a landlord of a rice and crawfish farm. Her love of the outdoors and animals has led her to conserve woodland on their family farm which is a natural habitat for wildlife. Inspiration for writing this book came from her father who told her animal bedtime stories as a child.
Alli, the Lost Little Alligator
Alli, a little alligator, hatches in a Louisiana swamp. After exploring his new world, he realizes he is lost. He asks many animals for help, hoping they will be his friends, but they are afraid of him because of the way he looks. Alli learns a valuable lesson of not judging others by their outward appearance.
